Joshua Komisarjevsky Sisters testify in penalty phase in New Haven Superior Court. Komisarjevsky convicted of killing Jennifer Hawke-Petit and his daughter, 17-year-old Hayley and Michaela was 11 years old, at their home in Cheshire, 2007. Now, the same jury must decide whether he should get the death penalty.
Accomplice, Steven Hayes, was sentenced to death after he was convicted last year of raping and strangling Hawke-Petit and kill his son.
The family is tied up for eight-hour ordeal and poured gas on the children, who died of smoke inhalation after the House was set on fire. Komisarjevsky convicted of sexual assault and murder of Michaela.
Her sister's name is being withheld by The Associated Press, which generally do not identify victims of sexual crimes.
